Notra tracks how AI assistants talk about your brand. You add the questions buyers ask (typed in, generated from your site, or synced from Google Search Console), pick engines such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overview, Grok and others, and it scans them on a schedule. The dashboard shows mention rate, position and share of voice per engine, prompt and language, keeps every full answer with the pages each engine cited, and can follow a simulated buyer through follow-up questions. For gaps, its writer plans a guide, listicle or comparison from your brand, sitemap and competitors, and then drafts the piece. A developer SDK (@usenotra/geo, for Next.js, Nuxt, Astro, SvelteKit and others) labels visits from 66 known AI agents as training crawls, indexing, live answer fetches or human click-throughs, without a script tag. There is a REST API, an MCP server, an optional zero-data-retention mode, and the code is public on GitHub under the AGPL license. It also keeps its older Studio product for drafting changelogs and posts from GitHub, Linear and Slack. Notra, Inc. is governed by California law per its partner terms; this launch was #6 on Product Hunt on October 27, 2026.

• No independent user reviews of the GEO product found yet. Product Hunt reviews so far praise the older changelog and content features, and a commenter asked how it differs from competitors such as Profound without a public answer at the time of our check. Source
