DeepCell

DeepCell creates “kits”: a spreadsheet, a written report, slides and a “cheat sheet” explaining where each number came from, stored together in one plain-text .deepcell file. Change an assumption and the linked numbers, sentences and slides update, and you can trace a figure back to its source file. You can start from a prompt or from your existing work, use it in the web app or from Claude Code, claude.ai and other MCP clients via a plugin, CLI or MCP server, and export to Excel, Word, PowerPoint or PDF. It launched on Product Hunt in October 2026.

For: Analysts, consultants and FP&A staff who keep a model, a memo and a deck in sync under deadline and have to explain every number.
Skip it if: Teams that need to work on the same files together: the Teams plan with shared projects and permissions is still “coming soon”. Also skip for long-term client work without an account, since files made without one are kept only 30 days.
Price: Free: $0 for individuals; no account needed to start, a free account keeps files beyond 30 days · Free: Free for individuals, including CLI and MCP access and account-free sharing; usage limits not stated. · checked 2026-10-23

Querri

Querri connects 100+ data sources plus uploaded files, cleans and joins the data, and answers plain-English questions with charts, dashboards, slide decks, Excel files and reports. Answers show the rows, calculations and sources behind them and flag other possible readings. Its October 2026 Product Hunt launch added a “Library” that stores your KPIs, definitions and business rules, monitors that watch KPIs, dashboard rebuilding from a screenshot, and a “Librarian” that suggests new questions and KPIs overnight. You can also use it from Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini over MCP, or through its API and CLI, and agencies can white-label or embed it. Querri lists SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and HIPAA compliance and says it never trains on customer data.

For: Operations, finance, marketing and RevOps teams without a data engineer who want answers and recurring dashboards from their SaaS tools, databases and spreadsheets.
Skip it if: Anyone who needs real-time numbers: reports reflect the last data sync. Also skip if you mainly need a few one-off questions answered; the Free plan has 15 credits a month and the first paid plan is $119 a month.
Price: Free: $0, 15 credits/month, up to 5 creator users, Fast model, 3 connectors, 50 MB storage (7-day retention), API and MCP access · Free: Free plan with 15 credits a month; 14-day free trial of paid plans with no card required; 30-day money-back guarantee (per the pricing page). · checked 2026-10-24

Spacesheep

Spacesheep (YC Fall 2026) is a publishing and collaboration surface for AI output. You ask the agent you already use, such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, ChatGPT or Grok, to share its work to spacesheep.dev, or use Spacesheep’s own built-in agent, and the result becomes a space: a styled document, dashboard, mockup, slide-style explainer or small app. Spaces can be private, link-only or public. Teammates comment on an exact spot, and writing @spacesheep in a comment has the agent change just that part, with every edit saved as a version you can undo. Spaces sync to your own Google Drive or GitHub, can show live data streamed from servers or sensors, and support sending documents for signature. A free, open-source browser extension publishes files as linked pages. The founder previously built the first version of Claude Code artifacts at Anthropic. It was #3 on Product Hunt on October 27, 2026.

For: People and small teams who get long reports, research or dashboards from AI agents and want to share them as something readable and editable instead of a wall of text.
Skip it if: Anyone who only chats with AI occasionally (it will feel like another docs tool), and teams that need a proven vendor: it’s a two-person company that launched in October 2026. One Product Hunt commenter couldn’t see how it differs from Claude Artifacts beyond working across tools.
Price: Free: $0, 200 files and 25 MB per deploy, built-in agent on smaller models (7M tokens/month), 15 signature documents a month · Free: Free forever plan, no card needed, including the built-in agent with 7M tokens a month and 60 web searches a day. · checked 2026-10-28

TheySaid

TheySaid runs customer research with an AI moderator: user tests where people share their screen and think aloud, conversational interviews, surveys and polls, in more than 70 languages, with AI-written test plans, transcripts, highlight clips and summaries. Version 4.0 adds synthetic testers, AI users that work through your website, app or prototype in a real browser while recording screen and voice; the company says they start from a model trained on over 100,000 hours of usability sessions and can be tuned with data you choose, such as call recordings, surveys, support tickets or CRM records. Its MCP connector lets you launch tests and read results from Claude, Cursor, Replit, Lovable and similar tools, and tests can start automatically when a Jira, Linear, ClickUp or Monday ticket reaches “design done.” You can also test with your own customers or its recruited panel. The company publishes its own side-by-side study claiming synthetic testers found 89% of issues versus 90% for humans; that figure is its own, not independently verified. It says it is SOC 2 and GDPR compliant. TheySaid 4.0 was #1 on Product Hunt on October 27, 2026.

For: Product managers, designers and small product teams who skip user research because recruiting and scheduling takes too long, and who want quick feedback inside the tools where they already build.
Skip it if: Anyone who needs to know the cost before talking to sales, since there is no self-serve paid plan. Also skip relying on synthetic testers alone for big or emotional decisions; even the team says personal preferences are harder to replicate and synthetic results shouldn’t replace real people.
